The fabric is placed around the pipe, held rigidly at the concrete wall or floor by a steel flange with concrete fasteners. The opposite end of the fabric cone is to be cinched with a stainless steel hose clamp at least 18 inches along the pipe, away from the concrete.  The fabric is folded alongside for movements. The system was tested inside minimum 4.5 inch thick length-weight concrete floor or wall.
