ELECTRIC BUSBAR (BUSWAY)
CLASS A-60 BULKHEAD & DECK PENETRATION SYSTEM
Installation
The system comprises of a steel pipe duct in which the “Moeller Electronic* BD2-/LDA7475-1.5,or BD2-800-SO-1-busbar trunking system is sealed with sealing compound Geaquello E950 at a sealing length of 180 mm. The busbar trunking system itself is protected by two 60 mm thick fire mats, Rockwool RPB15 (density:140 kg/m3), and sealing compound, Flammadur E292 110 mm thick. Front walls consist of 25 mm swell modules, R312 and R380, impregnated with liquid, E824. Maximum aperture size of penetration: 355.5 mm in diameter. Maximum combination of transits:2. Water tightness before fire exposure:
Up to 2.5 bar (2.5 atm) over 30 minutes
Gas tightness before fire exposure:
Up to 30 mbar (0.03 atm) over 30 minutes
